If you need to cancel your subscription to AutoPay in TermSync, follow these four steps.
Cancel AutoPay in TermSync
1. Log in to your account using the link from a recent email notification or request a fresh link from your Vendor.
2. Once you have logged in to your account, confirm you are in your Account Statement.
3. Under your Available Actions on your online Account Statement, click on Edit AutoPay Settings.
4. Click on Cancel AutoPay.
You have successfully canceled AutoPay. You will now see any scheduled transactions re-opened on your Account Statement.
