You are able to access each customer's account statement in TermSync. This is a great place to work out of, especially when you are speaking with a customer.
Reviewing a Customer's Account Statement
1. Search for the customer by name or ID in the Search Bar. Click on the customer.
2. You will land in the customer's Invoices tab. Click on Account Statement located in the AR Aging Data section.
3. To the right of the listed invoices, you'll find the Summary board. Use your Available Actions to view the statement as the customer in View as payer, or even send the customer a new link to this landing page with Send Link to Account Statement.
Please Note: Any message sent to the customer includes a link to access their account statement.
