You are able to add your own reasons for lateness in TermSync. You are given default reasons that you can edit or delete, as well.
Adding, Editing and Deleting Reasons for Lateness
1. Navigate to the Root Cause tab and select Manage Root Cause Analysis.
2. Click on Reasons for Lateness category.
3. Navigate below the pie chart showing the reasons for lateness currently categorized, and click on Manage root cause timing and labels.
4. From here, you can edit or delete the reasons listed.
5. You can also add your own reasons. Enter a title, and select Add.
6. Lastly, you can set the days-past-due that qualify an invoice to require a Reason for Lateness in your TermSync solution. The default age is 60 days past due. Select your requirement, and hit Update.
