Updated Log a Call Interface & Promise to Pay
The new and improved interface gives you a lot of flexibility when logging collection calls. A summary of the number of selected invoices and total is available so no manual calculation is needed. Along with that you can log a Promise to Pay at the invoice level, quickly view the reason why this customer is on your Collection Calls Needed list, and more. Let your Account Manager know if you want to upgrade to the new Log a Call page.
Deliver Monthly Account Statement by Email
Are you interested in delivering a monthly account statement in addition to weekly payment reminders? Or maybe you already are, but you're looking for more customization. Now you can do it all - talk to your Account Manager about getting this setup.
International Feature Update
The international features in TermSync continue to expand!
- 7 NEW languages have been added to bring us to a total of 15 available languages.
- Online payments have expanded to included Canada! The TermSync solution has teamed up with BluePay to allow Canadian customers to make Direct Deposit Account (DDA) payments. If you're interested in taking advantage of the new payment feature, contact your Account Representative for more information.
- Are you using TermSync for Dispute Management? Now you can categorize a disputed invoice while marking it as disputed to save time!
- A task ID is now included on all task email notifications to easily reference and track.
