You are able to review the Transaction History from the Invoice Details. This is a great resource if you need to confirm when an invoice was created in TermSync, scheduled for payment, split, disputed or closed.
Additionally, you'll see the email address of the individual who initiated the update providing transparency for both you and your customer.
Reviewing Transaction History
1. Within each invoice in TermSync, you are able to dive deeper into the details by clicking on the Invoice Number.
2. Once you've clicked on a specific Invoice Number, you'll notice the Invoice Details section on the left and the Customer Messages section on the right.
3. From the Customer Messages section, you have three tabs available to you. Click on Transaction History.
4. This tab provides you a timestamp and the details of the logged event.
Please Note: Your customer also has access to this tab, which you can review by clicking on View as payer from the Invoice Details.
