Improved Log-a-Call Page
Have you seen the new log-a-call page? An email notification was sent to all users on 08/14 previewing the new look. If you're still using the old log-a-call page, contact your account manager and request to be upgraded today.
This section now includes the option to choose your own follow-up calendar date and the option to send the customer a confirmation email for a logged promise-to-pay.
The addition of these features required an improved layout; you'll now see the account summary on the left, your notes on the right, and the transactions listed below.
Online Credit Application
Are you still relying on a paper credit application? Streamline your application process today using TermSync's online credit application platform. Not only will your applicants have access to a convenient application process, but you will be able to take advantage of the credit application dashboard for easy reporting and management - all from your existing TermSync account! How are others using Tasks in TermSync?
Tasks make teamwork a cinch by allowing you to collaborate and keep all information regarding the collections effort in one location. So, how are others using tasks? Here are a couple of examples:
When the sales rep or project manager is involved in the collection process you can easily communicate the account status by creating a task and assigning it to your colleague. An easy way to do this is to create a filter in the invoice listing that shows accounts that are xx number of days past due and save it. Then you can use the bulk assignment feature to assign tasks in mass. To take this one step further, you could add your saved filter to your To Do List so you remember to assign tasks when needed.
Disputes are often managed using tasks in TermSync because they often involve other departments to find a resolution. The bulk task assignment described above can be used with disputed invoices by creating a filter in the Invoice Listing with the criteria of invoice stage=dispute.
