Hello and Happy Holidays! We've come to what feels like the busiest time of the year. We hope these most recent updates to your TermSync solution continue to make your workday streamlined and efficient.
Partnership with SlimPay for Payment Processing
As the TermSync solution continues expanding globally, research has been put into identifying the right partner for payment processing in different currencies. We are excited to announce a partnership with SlimPay for the processing of direct debit payments in the Euro (known as SEPA) and in the Great Britain Pound (known as BACS). Is your company looking to set up online payment options for your companies in Europe? If so, now is a great time to contact your TermSync Account Manager for more information!
Original Amount Filter
An additional filter has been added to your Log a Call table. You can pull over the Original Amount Filter to easily track any adjustments made to the invoice amount.
Have you updated your Log a Call table to include your preferred columns? You can save this as your default view so you always land in your customized Log a Call table. Click here for more information.
Customer Note vs. Private Note
For those of you taking advantage of both the Customer Note and the Private Note when logging collection calls, you will notice an updated color scheme. This adjustment was requested for greater distinction between the note your customer can see in TermSync (in grey) and the private note only accessible to your team (in yellow).

- Walking through how your customer can schedule payment
- Signing up or canceling AutoPay
- Offering the telephone payment option
- Navigating to multiple accounts under one AP contact

Executive Summary Updates
On October 18th, the Executive Summary was released. In order to access this new feature, make sure you update your settings to include the Executive Role. Click here for those instructions.
Since its release, we've been gathering your feedback which has been imperative in the creation of this summary report. An update you'll notice later in November is the ability to save your preferred layout. Don't forget to review all of the graphs available to you by clicking on Edit Layout (1). Once you've got your graphs selected, take advantage of the option to set goals for each graph by clicking on the gear icon next to the graph's title (2).
