Yes, you can apply available credits to a customer's invoice in TermSync. Likewise, it is possible to unapply credits.
Applying Individual Credits
1) Navigate to the Invoice Details board, which is found by choosing Invoice Listing and clicking into the individual invoice, or simply enter the number in the Search Bar.
2) If the customer has credits available, you will see the option to Choose and apply credits in the Available Actions section of the Invoice Details board.
Similarly, you can unapply credits if applicable.
1. For example, if a customer incorrectly applies a credit to an invoice, you can unapply in TermSync, and use a customer message to notify them. Choose Unapply Credits from Available Actions.
2. You will be prompted to log a note for your records.
