1. You can create an internal note about your customer in the Messages & Notes tab. Search for your customer in the Customers Listing and click their Customer Name.
2. Navigate to the Messages & Notes section of your customer account.
3. Toggle your view so you are in Internal Notes instead of Customer Messages. Click into Write an Internal Note. Any details within the Internal Notes are only visible to you and other members of your organization.
Note: You can edit existing internal notes.
