Call log rules can be edited at the company, customer group or customer level.
a. Company Level - You can edit your call log rules by selecting Collection Calls Needed from the menu. Just click Edit Call Log Rules in the Collection Calls Needed section and update.
b. Customer Group - Select Manage Customer Categories from the Customers menu. From there you will be able to View Details and edit the Call Log Rules for that specific customer group.
c. Customer Level - Navigate to the Collection Calls tab on the customer's page.
