You can update your bank account information or cancel AutoPay by navigating to your Account Statement.
Updating AutoPay Settings
1. Log in to your account.
2. Navigate to your Available Actions, and click Edit AutoPay Settings.
3. Then you can select Manage Existing Payment Accounts to remove an old account, or you can click Cancel AutoPay which will cancel ALL payments scheduled by AutoPay. Make sure to click Update AutoPay Account once you've completed your actions.
4. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful cancellation.
Please Note: Any invoices you have scheduled for payment will be automatically reopened when you cancel AutoPay.
