It is important to verify that all customers are receiving their email notifications. Any that are not delivered can be pulled on a report.
Finding Bounced Emails
1. Navigate to the Reports tab, and choose Bounced Email Report.
2. Review each entry, and contact your customer to validate the listed email address.
3. There are 2 ways to update the current contact information:
a. In the Address Book within the Customer Details tab.
b. In your own customer database, and choose Resolved within the report to remove the entry.
