Tying the Collection Call to a Specific Invoice
1. Navigate to the Collection Calls tab within your customer's account. You can locate this information by utilizing the Search Bar feature at the top of the page, and then selecting the customer.
2. You will land on the customer's Invoices. Select Collection Calls.
3. Select Log Call.
4. Uncheck/check the applicable invoices below the Contact Log Summary. The logged details will stay with the checked invoices and be accessible for your records. After you enter the pertinent information, select Log a Call.
