TermSync tracks the performance of your team and on an individual level, allowing for goals to be set and progress to be measured.
Take a moment to ensure you are applying the appropriate metrics within the various boards of the KPI Report.
1. Navigate to the Receivables Dashboard and click into the KPI Report on the far-right.
2. You now have access to a series of performance indicators which include metrics on the overall collections goal, automated reminders, collection calls, collection time, response time, and the root-cause analysis.
a. You can apply filters to each of these sections. For example, set each section to your assigned customer group with the date range as month-to-date.
b. Take it a step further by reviewing the results for each section by clicking on the hyperlinked numbers. For example, you can quickly review the transactions that were created over the last month paired with an email address. This means those transactions qualify for automatic updates sent via TermSync to the customer when the invoice is coming due and/or overdue (based on your settings in TermSync).
3. If you are applying specific filters to the KPI Report, remember to save the filtered view so you can quickly load it the next to you review.
