If an invoice is past due and needs attention from the account's sales rep (for example), access to all of the call log notes for that particular open invoice may come in handy. Here's how you can populate all the notes from logged calls for open invoices in TermSync.
Seeing all Call Log Notes on an Invoice
1. To display and export all of the call log notes for an open invoice, navigate to the Filters tab within the Invoice Listing. Click on Create new filter.
2. Once you've applied the desired filter (such as Invoice Stage -> Open) click into Choose Columns.
3. Drag and drop the Public Call Log Notes and/or Private Call Log Notes into your Selected Columns box.
