Like most tools in TermSync, you have the ability to edit the default Contact Methods to fit your team's process for making and tracking collection calls.
Customizing List of Contact Methods
1. Navigate to the Collection Calls Listing under the Collection Calls tab.
2. Create new filter or load a saved filter. Then apply/load the filter.
3. Your data will be charted. Show Charts is the default. You can hide this feature by selecting Hide Charts.
4. To edit, delete, or add to the list the available contact methods, click Manage Contact Methods listed under the Calls Made by Contact Method chart.
5. Edit Method, Delete Method, or Add as needed.
