Like most tools in TermSync, you have the ability to edit the default contact methods to fit your team's process for making and tracking collection calls.
a. Navigate to the Collection Calls Listing under the Collection Calls tab.
b. Create a new filter or load a saved filter.
c. Click the Show Charts tab to view the data populated from the filters you've applied under the Collection Calls Listing.
d. To edit, delete or add to the list the available contact methods, click Manage Contact Methods listed in Calls Made by Contact Method.
e. Edit, delete or add a method as needed.
