Have you found yourself trying to trace a scheduled payment in TermSync? Have you ever needed clarity on when a transaction was created in TermSync? Ever just need a clear timeline for a specific transaction's path from being created to being closed? All of these questions can be answered via the Transaction History tab.
1. Within each transaction in TermSync, you are able to dive deeper into the details by clicking on the Invoice Number.
2. Once you've clicked on a specific Invoice Number, you'll notice the Invoice Details board on the left and the Customer Messages board on the right.
3. Let's focus on the Customer Messages board. Notice you have three tabs available to you (Customer Messages, Internal Notes and Transaction History).
4. Click on Transaction History. This tab provides you the timestamp, user and details regarding any change in status of the correlating transaction.
You and your team are doing a great job of logging notes and tracking payment - don't forget to take advantage of this feature that offers you both transparency and clarity!
