The weekly payment reminder notification include the link your customer can click on to access their online account statement. However you can send your customer this link at any time.
Sending the Account Statement Link
1. Navigate to your Customer Listing and search for your customer by name or by ID. Click on either identifier.
2. You've landed in the Invoices tab for that specific customer. This is exactly where you should be. Looking at your customer's AR Aging Data, navigate to and click on Account Statement. It's located right under the Current aging bucket.
4. Now you are looking at your customer's account statement. Navigate to the Summary on the right where you see Available Actions listed. Click on Send Link to Account Statement.
5. You are now presented the opportunity to customize the message you will send your customer which will include the link to their account statement. Include your message and click Send.
What does my customer see?
Your customer will receive a notification via email after you click Send. Within that notification is the hyperlinked text View your full account statement. Your customer will want to click on this hyperlinked text. They will be redirected to the login page where they will enter their email address and click Login.
They will land in their account statement where their Available Actions are listed. Your customer is also able to request or download PDF invoice-copies and download past account statements from this interface.
