There are multiple ways to manage the Tasks Listing in TermSync. Here are a few tips for quickly updating and monitoring the tasks you see listed.
The Bulk-Action Feature
1. Throughout your TermSync account, you'll find the Choose a bulk action. To utilize this feature, include a check mark on the top-left box, which auto-checks all tasks on the correlating page.
2. Once you've included this check mark, you'll notice the Bulk-Action feature appear across the top of the list. You can Change Status or Reassign to Existing User.
3. For example, these tasks are done. You would select the Completed option, and then select Apply.
Auto-Completion Based on Transaction Stage
Another way to ensure tasks are completed when the correlating transactions have closed is to include a check mark in the Invoices this task applies to board when creating a new task.
Don't forget about the Filters tab in the Tasks Listing! By using the Status, Task Type, and Assigned to filters, you can quickly see what needs to be addressed for the day. You can create, save and even schedule reports for managing the Tasks Listing.
