1. If you want to archive multiple messages listed on the Customer Messages board within the Receivables Dashboard, take advantage of the select all messages feature.
2. Keep in mind this feature will archive the selected messages on the current page. You will want to navigate to the next page if you are looking to archive all previous messages.
3. Also, these messages will still be listed when you navigate to the Messages & Notes tab of the correlating customer's account in TermSync.
