If you have additional accounts with the same company/vendor or you have additional accounts with other companies that are supported by TermSync, you can quickly access each online account statement from one location.
1. First, you'll want to log into one of your accounts. You can access your account from the Payment Reminder email notification, a direct message you've received sent via TermSync or perhaps you are logging into your online account statement from the company's Website. Once you are in your online account statement, navigate to your username (email address) in the top-right of your account.
2. Click on your username (email address). You will see any and all accounts that list your email address as the contact within TermSync. Hover over each account and click on Select this account.
3. If you do not see the accounts you are expecting, you will want to reach out to that company and request your email address to be listed as the contact.
