You can create and save a filter in your Collection Calls Listing to easily track any deferred collection efforts in TermSync.
Identifying Deferred Collection Calls
1. Navigate to your Collection Calls tab and select Collection Calls Listing from the drop-down menu.
2. This is a listing of the collection calls logged in your TermSync account. Here you can apply a filter to identify the customers that were deferred for the given day.
a. Navigate to your Filters tab in the top-right and select Create New Filter.
b. First, set the Call Status to Deferred.
c. Next, set the Date Called filter to Today.
d. Lastly, ensure you select the columns you want to see in the filtered listing and click Apply Filter.
*Please note if you want to review the reason for the deferred call (logged by the collector), include Private Note as a selected column before you click Apply Filter.
3. Now that you've created this filter of collection calls deferred today, you can save it in TermSync.
