Greetings and happy Spring! Here is your TermSync solution update showcasing our favorite feature releases and enhancements for the month of April.
Esker Users Conference
It's finally here! The Esker User Conference runs from April 17th-18th in Madison, WI. We would like to give a big thank you to those that registered. Don't forget to check out Esker All-Access (your Esker advocate hub) before and during the event. There are a series of great challenges in the hub that provide you with a ton of opportunities to rack up the points and get the most out of your time at EAUC. Click here to get started.
Account Statement Link
One way to boost customer-adoption in TermSync is keeping the login process simple. Because of this, an additional link has been added to the messages you send to your customers that takes them directly to their online account statement.
Previously, a message to a customer always included the option to View full message thread. Now your customer will also see the option to View your account statement. When your customer clicks on View your account statement, they will be directed to their online account statement where they can view/download invoice PDFs, schedule payment, download past statements, and more.
Account Statement Preferences
You can automate the delivery of account statements through TermSync. Currently, you are able to customize the monthly email notification that includes the statement as an attached PDF. Recently added, you can opt customers in/out when there are only available credits in their account.
How are you currently delivering your account statements each month? If you'd like to learn more about your options in TermSync, contact us today!
When adding a new user in TermSync, one of the first decisions the Admin makes is what level of access to give the new user. To ensure a user's access is precise, we've added the option to create and apply User Views.
User Views ensure a new user sees their assigned customers without requiring the additional steps of assigning filters one-by-one. Now when your employee logs in for the first time, they only see the customer and customer-related information that they are assigned to. Click here for more information.
With continued expansion as a global collections management tool, we are working hard to develop partnerships with payment processors in different currencies. Currently you can take advantage of our partnership with BluePay to accept direct-debit payments in the Canadian dollar (CAD). Coming soon, you'll have the option to accept credit card payments in CAD as well. If you are interested in offering CAD payment options through TermSync, contact us today!
As always, we want to thank you for your participation and feedback as a valued user of the TermSync solution.
