EAUC 2018 Recap
It was lovely to see familiar faces, and meet new ones! The keynote speakers delivered informative presentations with emphasis on positive impact results. The evening events at the UW Memorial Union and L'Etoile were packed with great entertainment, great food, and great conversations!

The ability to create and apply User View Preferences was mentioned in the April newsletter. It is so slick we wanted to talk about it again! As the Admin, you determine the level of access a new user is given by assigning them a specific view (i.e. Collection Group, specific customers, etc). You'll have peace of mind knowing they are viewing only their assigned customers. The user will save time by not needing to create and set individual filters to see their customers.

PO Number Filter Option in Log a Call
The PO Number has been added as an option on the Log a Call table. It is just a matter of dragging and dropping the selection from your Filters. This way, you can easily reference it when talking to your customer while logging your collection call.

Tomorrow Filter Option
The option to view Tomorrow has been launched. If you want to be proactive and see what is scheduled for the next day, this filter is for you!

Pay Now Screen
A company level preference has been set to prevent a customer from making or scheduling a payment past the due date. If this setting is active on an account, the customer will not have the ability to reschedule a payment either. Please reach out to your Account Manager to set this preference.
New Filters in Customer Listing
Do you offer online payment options to your customers through TermSync? Then this applies to you! Two new filters have been added to the Customer Listing. This quickly allows you to pull online payment as well as credit card payment data. You can save this as a filter or schedule an automated report.

Autopay for Discount Due Date
Do you offer discounts to your customers through TermSync? Your customers now have the option to schedule their Autopay on the discount due date rather than the invoice due date. In order for your customer to see it on their customer portal, you will need to provide the discount due date on the Open AR File. This will help your customers reap the discount rewards and you get paid faster! Contact your Account Manager to get this setup.
