With June in full swing, it's time for your monthly TermSync solution update. Here are the latest and greatest feature enhancements and upcoming events.
Newsletter Banner & Footer
A monthly Esker newsletter is emailed to all users providing the scoop on what's new. We've now added a banner in your TermSync account that links directly to your solution update. You can simply check the X in the top-right corner to close the banner once you've had a chance to take a look at what's new.
Did you close the banner, but didn't get an opportunity to peruse the newsletter? Not to worry, you can find the monthly update in the footer of your TermSync account under Newsletters.
Consult-a-Pro Webinar on Credit Card Processing
Clear your calendars on Thursday, July 19th from 2:00 to 3:00pm CST for another Consult-a-Pro Webinar hosted by Esker. During this hour, we'll dive into the hot topics around accepting credit cards with guidance from industry-expert Pete Uselman of Wind River Financial. View Recipients for Bulk Messages
If you've been taking advantage of bulk-messaging in TermSync, then you are aware that you can strategically target groups of customers with specific messaging, providing them access to their online account statement through the link in the delivered email message.
Taking this tool a step further, you now have the option to view and select the individual recipients you want to include. This is another way to ensure you are targeting the correct contact/s at the given company, all within the same screen.
Aging Graph Improvement
The Accounts Receivable Aging graph on your Receivables Dashboard has been updated with an additional row for invoice totals, broken down per aging bucket. This is an interactive graph you can use for easy-access to the invoices based on their age in TermSync. Just click on each bucket for more details.
Applying Credits on AutoPay
Previously, a customer that was signed up for AutoPay was not able to apply credits manually within TermSync. Credits were automatically applied or adjusted outside of TermSync and invoices were automatically paid through TermSync.
We've added the option to choose and apply available credit/s to an invoice that is scheduled for payment in the future within the customer portal. If you allow your customers to apply their own credits manually and would like to make this available for those customers on AutoPay, please contact your Account Manager today.
Coming Soon - Customized Subject Lines
Let's end this update with a sneak peek of what's being worked on right now! Soon you'll see the option to customize the subject line when you send out a message to a group of customers using your bulk-action feature. This is a strategic way to catch your customers' eyes as you provide them access to their online customer portal, invoice PDFs, options to make payment, and more.
