Executive Summary - Best Possible DSO
The Executive Summary has been enhanced! You will now see the Best Possible DSO on your DSO graph. This feature will allow you to better gauge performance when there are different payment terms (i.e. based on customer, time of year, etc). Don't have visibility to the Executive Summary? Reach out to your Admin to add that role.
Root Cause - Payer Dispute Reason Codes
If a customer is disputing an invoice, Termsync asks for a reason. In the past, the customer would make a manual entry. Now, you can define the reasons under Root Cause and allow the customer to select those from a drop-down menu. You will also be able to manage it on your To-Do List as it will be automatically displayed after the setup is complete. This can help you determine patterns and provide insight on processes that could be tweaked so you can get paid faster and improve the overall customer experience. Customer Listing - Choosable Columns
In the Customer Listing, you can run a report that shows all collection activity for your customers. The two new options are the most recent payment reminder date and most recent account statement date. Running reports at the end of the month will be a much smoother process!
User Specific View - Customer Categories
Previously when you assigned a user with a specific view, the options to select from were customer, collection group, vendor, and the custom fields sent over via the Open AR File. Sneak Peek - Invoice Listing - Credit Card Type
Do you like to reference the credit card type when reconciling payments or do you have customers asking what type of card was used on a payment? Soon you will be able to filter by credit card type in the Invoice Listing. This will save you time and improve the customer experience.
Sneak Peek - Credit Applications
Are you using TermSync's online credit application? If so, this applies to you! You'll be able to create a scheduled report on the credit application listing. This way you can better manage and keep track of your applications.
