September is in full swing, and fall is just around the corner. Here are this month's enhancements!
Invoice Listing - Credit Card Type
You are now able to filter by the credit card type in the Invoice Listing. It is also visible on the Invoice Details. Your customer will see it when they log in to their portal, as well. To see this new option, go to the Invoice Listing and select Filters. From there, expand the Advanced Search Options and navigate to the Credit Card Type. Then expand the Choose Columns to drag and drop the CC Type to the Selected Columns.
Performance Dashboard - Best Possible DSO
In the August newsletter, we mentioned the launch of the Best Possible DSO on the DSO Graph of the Executive Summary Dashboard. This is also on the Performance Dashboard. Utilize that filter option to expand your dates to measure your Best Possible DSO!
Account Statement - PDF Display
Do you send over values for Description on your Open AR File? Do you want to show this to your customers on their Account Statement PDF? You are now able to drag and drop this column over to include on the PDF. Do you have questions about Account Statements? Please reach out to your Account Manager.
Credit Applications - Reporting & DocuSign
We improved TermSync's Credit Application process. You can now create a scheduled report on the Credit Application Listing. In addition, we made it easier for your customer to navigate their way through the application and DocuSign. If you would like further clarification, please reach out to your Account Manager.
Custom Field Type - Dates
Do you send over Custom Fields on your Open AR File that includes dates? If so, this applies to you! Now these columns have much more flexibility, and date range options are available. This will improve your reporting capabilities!
Sneak Peek - Collection Forecasting
We are revamping our Collection Forecasting! We will build a new prediction model based on days late, day of the week and day of the month using completed invoices. In addition, there will be invoice predictions. Accurate forecasting helps you reduce costs, improve the customer experience and allows you to look ahead.
