Fall is a season of change, and October is the month we see quite a bit. TermSync changes as well - always for the better! We would like to share with you our most recent enhancements and upcoming events.
Invoice Listing - Choosable Column for Reason for Dispute
The reason for dispute was only visible when an invoice was in the stage of disputed. However, now you can see the reason for dispute regardless of the stage (e.g., paid, completed outside of TermSync) by adding the Reason for Dispute choosable column. You can take advantage of this new column by navigating to your Invoice Listing. From here, select Filters and expand Choose Columns. Drag and drop the Reasons for Dispute from Available Columns to Selected Columns.
Pro-Tip: This is a great filter to see if you are managing disputes under your Root Cause section. You can always add a category specific to tracking and analyzing disputes. Click here for more information.
Invoice Listing - Choosable Columns for Collection Activity
You can now run a report that shows all collection activity by including Most Recent Payment Reminder Date and Most Recent Account Statement Date. You are able to use these new columns by navigating to your Invoice Listing. The next step is to select Filters, expand the Choose Columns, and drag-and-drop those over to the Selected Columns.
Invoice Listing - Choosable Column for Short Pay
Previously, the reason given for a short payment was recorded in the Transaction History. Now you can review the recorded reason as a choosable column for easy reporting and transparency.
To use this new column, navigate to your Invoice Listing. Next, select Filters and expand the Choose Columns. Drag and drop the Reason for Short Pay over to Selected Columns.
Account Statement PDF - Choosable Column for Stage
In the Account Statement PDF, you now have the option to include the stage of the invoice (Open, Disputed, etc.). If you want to show this to your customers, go to Company Account Information and scroll to the Account Statement Display Preferences. In the Account Statement PDF Columns, select Edit Columns to drag and drop Stage to Selected Columns.
Credit Application - DocuSign
We wanted to mention again that the DocuSign workflow has improved on our Credit Application. When your customer completes their application and moves on to the last step of signing in DocuSign, they can easily navigate back to their application without signing. All their information is saved, and they have the opportunity to sign at a later time.
If you have any questions or would like to see a demo of our credit application, please reach out to your Account Manager.
Sneak Peek - Collections Forecasting
In the previous newsletter we mentioned remodeling the Collections Forecasting. We hope you are as excited for this as we are! Here's a preview of what's coming your way soon for more accurate forecasting:
- Forecasts will be updated daily and the graph will always start with "today."
- Forecasts will be based on days last, day of the week paid and day of the month paid.
- Forecast time-frames will include more flexibility, allowing the ability to filter by 30-day increments or until the end of the month.
- Scheduled invoices will be displayed with 100 percent probability of being paid on the pay date.
Sneak Peek - November Consult-a-Pro
The AutoPay Consult-a-Pro will be held on Thursday, November 8th. Leading up to the webinar, we will have an Esker All Access discussion and a challenge to see who can sign up the most customers. On the call, we will discuss such items as encouraging AutoPay enrollment through targeted messaging, the ease of signing up, and insight from colleagues on industry tips and tricks.
During the Consult-a-Pro, we'll be releasing a new feature for a better AutoPay experience! Keep an eye out for the email to sign up.
As always, we want to thank you for your participation and feedback as a valued user.
