Here is your December newsletter. Of course, we have enhancements to share with you.
Messages - Add New Contact
When sending a message to a customer, your email address options are populated based on the existing contacts in TermSync. You are now able to add a new contact on the fly, which will be convenient if you are on a call with a new contact and need to send them a link to the Customer Portal. The new contact's preferences will be to receive "messages" only. If you are sending a Customer Contacts file over, anything added will not be over-written.
Messages - Message Templates
You can now take advantage of the new Message Template that was created for your use. Click here for the FAQ on how to locate, edit, save and send the prepared message.
Collection Calls - Enhancements
These enhancements will improve your Collection Calls process.
- When viewing a call note in the Collection Call History, you can now easily see that a follow-up call was scheduled. When clicking the view under the Notes column, if a follow-up has been scheduled, you'll see the note at the bottom along with the date.
- Accessing the Log a Call page with one click from Collection Calls Needed. Save yourself that little bit of time with one less click.
- Organizing the Collection Calls Needed page by Reason for Contact. This allows you to not only easily identify why a call is needed, but will save yourself time looking for this information.
- The Deferred Date column was added to the collection call history. Housing such information here makes your follow-ups that much easier.
Payment Plan - Additional Columns
When creating a Payment Plan and converting existing TermSync invoices, you are now able to see the Due Date column. In addition, the drop-down option to select all invoices, all late invoices or none was added. Want to learn more about Payment Plans? Click here for the FAQ.
Credit Listing - Additional Columns
You are now able to select the PDF Attachments and PDF Attached Date Range.
Sneak Peek: Collection Calls - Enhancement
On our agenda to improve the Collection Calls process is the ability to delay/suspend a Payment Reminder while logging a call.
