AR User Group: Save the Date

Payment & AutoPay Reminders: PDF Attachment
You now have the option to attach invoice and credit PDFs to Payment Reminders. How exciting! You can enable it at the Level One, Level Two and Level Three preferences. This option can be set at the company, collection group or customer levels. You are also able to attach PDFs to AutoPay Reminders. While you are in there, check your Tolerances and Custom Messages to ensure they still meet your needs.
Root Cause Analysis: Reasons for Lateness
There are two new updates for the Reasons for Lateness section.
- The Reason Why Late table displays the top 10 reasons a customer has late payments. It has been enhanced to include Other Reasons to capture your reasons beyond the top 10.
- By hovering over the pie chart, you are able to view a cumulative amount. However, for better visibility, the Total amount was included as a column.

Payment Plan: Enhancements
Previously, when a Payment Plan was created, a TermSync ID/Invoice # was assigned to each payment installment. This number was treated like an invoice and could be found in the Invoice Listing. Now, these are assigned an Installment # and are no longer in the Invoice Listing. After your customer schedules a payment, the oldest invoice that was converted to the Payment Plan will move from the stage of Converted to Payment Plan to Paid. Any remaining amount will be applied to the next oldest invoice, and so forth. This allows you to use the Invoice # for easier reconciliation.
The invoices on Payment Plans will show the stage of Converted to Payment Plan on the Account Statement section in your portal and the customer's portal.
Sneak Peek: PDF Download
Your customer's experience is important to us! Many of your customers have requested the ability to download multiple PDFs at once. Soon they will be able to do this from their account statement.
